Redeeming Your Audiobook
Q: How do I redeem my audiobook?
- Visit https://spiracleaudiobooks.com/redemption
- Enter your unique redemption code from your card
- Sign in to your existing account or create a free account
- Your audiobook will automatically appear in your library
Q: How long is my redemption code valid for?
- Redemption codes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
- If your code has expired, please contact support@spiracleaudiobooks.com and we'll try our best to help
Q: Can I use my redemption code more than once?
No, each redemption code can only be used once. Once redeemed, the audiobook will permanently remain in your library.
Q: Do I need a subscription to redeem my audiobook?
No, you don't need a subscription to redeem or listen to your audiobook. A free membership is all you need.
Listening to Your Audiobook
Q: How can I listen to my audiobook?
You have two options:- Download our Spiracle Player App from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store
- Use our web player at spiracleaudiobooks.com
Q: Can I listen offline?
Yes, you can download your audiobooks through our mobile app for offline listening.
Q: Is there a limit to how many times I can listen?
No, once the audiobook is in your library, you can listen to it as many times as you like.
Account & Technical Support
Q: What happens if I lose my card before redeeming?
Keep your card safe as it contains your unique redemption code. If you've lost your card, please contact the bookshop where you purchased it and they can help verify your purchase.

Q: How does my purchase support the bookshop?

Gift Giving
Q: Can I give this as a gift?
Yes! Audiobooks in a Card make perfect gifts. Audiobook in a card can be found in these bookshops across the country, or you can order directly from our site. The recipient simply follows the same redemption process when they're ready to listen. Alternatively you can buy any audiobook from our collection and send it as a gift.
If ordering from the audiobookinacard.com site, there is a message box on your cart page if you’d like to include a gift note and send the card straight to the recipient. Remember to include their address in the shipping box, not yours!
